Order Cancellations and Modifications

Once a packing slip is created, the order is being prepared for shipment (this does not necessarily mean it has already shipped). At this point, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

Shipment tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking link. This can be used to track the progress of your delivery.

Customs, import duties & importer of record

By placing an order with Lux Cove, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record for your shipment. As the importer of record, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.

This includes, but is not limited to, the payment of any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges imposed by local authorities, as well as providing any information required by customs to release your order.

Customs charges and import fees are determined by the destination country and are outside of Lux Cove’s control. We are unable to predict their amount or prevent them from being applied.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to comply with import requirements, Lux Cove cannot be held responsible, and such orders may not be eligible for a refund.
